He did not try and upsell parts or services that were un-needed and provided honest assessment of the status of the system. He was able to further schedule consultation with other member of the Cotti-Johnson team to help plan our replacement of the failed unit. Luckily the diagnostic fee we paid can be applied to the purchase if we decide to use their bid for the replacement."
