"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."

"Excellent professional service. The person I worked with was named Eugene. He wore a mask and tried to keep the whole process as clean as possible. My air conditioner was dripping water and needed to be cleaned with some chemicals. Eugene tested the air conditioner to make sure it didn't need to be replaced and a cleaning would not work. He told me the air conditioner was in good condition but needed a cleaning to unclog the pipes and it would stop dripping. He was totally right. After he took it out and cleaned it and then put it back in the window it worked perfectly. It was quiet and dry. Eugene was very fast and did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. He explained things before he did them and asked me if I had any questions. I felt he was very honest and really wanted to help. He only took payment after he completed the job and I said I was happy and satisfied. I transferred money to him via Zelle, but he can take payments using anything...... credit card, cash, pay pal, or whatever. The whole process was fast and easy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new conditioner, but instead it just needed a simple cleaning. I really recommend Eugene and his company. I have read about other companies and how they are not so honest or they do a messy job. Please use this company. You won't regret it. I just found them by accident. Eugene was the fastest company that responded to my email request for help. I read that other companies can be unreliable, but I read good things about Airnizer. They were all true.
