"I had a broken sewer line. Hired All City Water and Sewer. Val came and explained the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized. The job was done in a timely fashion, very neatly, and without being intrusive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience All City was a pleasure to work with. Mario was able to raise the ceiling, giving me extra cabinet space, completely demo the space, re-tile the floor, paint the cabinets, install the countertop. When I had an issue with the cabinets I was going to purchase, he was able to find someone to provide what I was looking for. Same with the countertops. His connections really helped to keep the project moving along. He re-framed all the doorways and closets and installed new doors and doorknobs. He provided additional storage space above the closets, framed them and installed new doors. He sanded, repaired and stained all the hardwood floors in the apartment. He replaced all the baseboard heating covers, moved some outlets, installed all new appliances including a dishwasher which was new to the apartment. He made great suggestions throughout that improved the end product. He stayed on budget and was very respectful of my building and their requirements."

"Matt immediately contacted me once I asked for a quote. The bathroom tub drain pipe burst and water would drip in the apartment below when the bathroom tub faucet was turned on. Matt came out the very next day to look at it. He measured where he had to open up the floors [in this case] the ceiling in the apartment below and was spot on. He knew exactly where the pipe was and didn't need to make any unnecessary holes. He came back with his guys and fixed the pipe. He also gave me a new spout, drain cover, and silicone finish. Then, believe it or not, as soon as this job was done, the very next day our water heater's pipe burst and water went everyone, flooding the boiler room. I called Matt. He came by the same day to take a look. He came back the next day with a new water heater and replaced it. Not only were Matt and his team professional, but they lived up to their name "On Time". Matt was never late for the jobs. If any complaint I have, it would be that he came, not on time, but too early, which is not a bad thing. So can it really be called a complaint? He is very hands on with communication [phone and text] and upfront with what the problem is and how to handle it. I have Matt's cell number stored in my phone because I found our new plumber!"
