"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Vista was fastidious in their care for my home and lawn, not one speck of debris was left behind. Vista, the installation crew, company representatives, everyone, exceeded our expectations. "The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, patiently answering questions and providing options. We had our existing cabinets refaced, and added a base unit and wall cabinets to a wall where we previously had a hutch. The base unit consisted of 6 drawers as well as a pull out for 2 trash receptacles (1 for trash and 1 for recycling). The work was completed in 3 days. The installers were friendly, on time and very neat. They used some type of vacuum that collected any dust and at the end of each day the kitchen was left clean. The cost was reasonable and there were no surprise additional charges. There were a couple of challenges with our kitchen that were handled expertly. I finally have a brand new, bright white kitchen (with lots of drawers) for the fraction of the cost of a complete remodel. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I definitely recommend them."

"Brian and his team did a very thorough job replacing the roof. The team stripped off the old roof quickly and kept the surrounding area clean. Brian paid particular attention to getting the job done in a way that would prevent damage from ice dams. The lead flashing he did around the chimney looks like it was done by a real artisan. New gutters, downspouts, and leaf-guards were installed with high quality materials an attention to detail."
