"I needed to replace all of the vinyl windows in my 2500 square foot two-story house (15 openings, I believe). I researched window companies that served my area based on reviews and came up with a list of five organizations. I then requested estimates from the top two on my list. Scientific Home Services was one of those I called. While you won't see any advertisements for Scientific Home Services, their reviews put them at the top of my list. Based on the estimates I received, an examination of the windows being offered and their specifications, and the warranties being offered, it was clear that Scientific Home Services offered the best value for me. I got premium double-hung vinyl windows (Climate Solutions 8000 Series) with LoE-366 glass, argon fill, and a transferable lifetime warranty for only a few hundred dollars more (in total) than the other organization's basic window. Scientific Home Services crew installed all of the new windows in a matter of two days. The crew was organized and worked well together. They seemed to enjoy their work. When I pointed-out that a few of the windows appeared to be binding, or when they ran across other problems during installation, they knew what to do and properly addressed the situations. I'm very pleased with the new windows and their appearance, the service I have received, and how much better insulated my house now is. I highly recommend doing business with Scientific Home Services. If you're looking for windows, I recommend you give Jon or Mark a call. My experience has been that they are very honest, open, and knowledgeable about the entire process of installing and replacing windows."

"Absolutely the best out there. I had several windows along with my sliding glass door replaced. Sales was great. The installation went smoothly and they were to accommodate me with a pet scree, free of charge, and came back to put it in. After several storms in the area, the screw caps on the outer frame to the slider got damaged. They had no problem replacing them free of charge. The sales, installation and the customer service they provide is the best I've had with a company in several years. They stand behind their products and are very reasonable in pricing. This is the company to use if you need windows, doors, or siding. "

"Great family owned small business!  Called on Wednesday to get a quote and covers were installed Friday!!  Donna was great on the phone, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and provide an accurate quote.  She explained the difference between the lexan other companies use and the fiberglass that they use and why its better.  Dave came out the next day to measure each well and double check the quote.  Dave was the only one out of 4 companies I called that actually came out and measured the covers before making them!  To make sure they were right the first time! The others just gave a quote over the phone.  <br /> Dave was back within 24hrs with the new covers made and installed them in about an hour.  He made sure they fit properly and the locks were installed correctly.  He made sure we know how to open the locks and get out quickly if needed.  They fit perfect and look great!.  Highly recommend!  Excellent workmanship and customer service! <br />"

Impressed with the superior efficiency and warranties of vinyl windows vs. wood windows, we explored the "high end" vinyl market further. This lead to finding the OKNA line and the associated high praise by industry pro's and consumers for their product line. Through OKNA we found Meister Windows and so glad we did. We got an exceptional product in OKNA and outstanding craftsmanship by Meister Windows. They've earned every referral I hope to impart on them. So if you're looking for a high pressured sales pitch, overpriced and heavily marketed national brand windows or sub contractor installers who are driven by speed installation metrics these guys are not for you."

"Right from the start, this has been a good experience. We needed 3 front room windows replaced so we had several contractors come in and give us an estimate. These guys had the best price and sales pitch. Their windows are very high quality and the price was good. It took a couple of weeks for the windows to come in then they came out and installed them the same week the windows came in. I could not be happier with the windows, or the installation crew. Will definitely call them when we need to replace the rest of the windows."
