Even though they had a very full schedule (since they were also servicing the county fair along with other businesses and private homes), they managed to fit me into their schedule, The young man who did the digging was professional and took the time to answer all the many questions I asked him. The actual pumping took little time. This was a project I was dreading having done, but it was done well and in a timely fashion. Great company!!"

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

Jared, the technician, arrived at 11:00 and we received a phone call from the company to announce he was on his way. Jared came in and saw the main unit in the attic. Afterward, he explained that the cleaning would be a full day and explained the details. He gave us a written estimate of the cost to properly clean the ducts. Our home has 10 ducts and is 1680 square feet and the total cost would have been just under $1000. We paid the $107 for the service call, but will not likely contract with this company. The cost was more than we expected and we were told that the cleaning would not likely extend the life of the system, which is at least 20 years old.
