"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Javier is the best appliance repair guy in the area."

Hello, my name is Richard Lozano, a US Navy veteran, a TDLR licensed and registered electrician, providing a variety of services to bridge the gap between a general contractor and specialized professional services to provide affordable home services to those in need. I'm polite, professional and timely. I pride myself in being through, providing detailed explanation of any project, whether a simple, toilet or water heater install or troubleshooting electrical issues in residential and commercial settings. I offer a wife variety of services and have gained my experience through real life application. I work, quickly, safely and with great consideration to my clients property. Rest assured if I'm provided the opportunity to be off service, I'll execute the tasks at hand with care and detail as well as clean. In addition, I take great care of myself, so I'm always ready to take on most any task. I always appreciate the opportunity to be off service and look forward to being of service.

"Unfortunately, this contractor did not service our rural area. They did respond to us very quickly with their apologies. Thumbs up for customer service. Most contractors in this area wouldn't respond at all!"

"Dryer kept going out. Mike ordered the part and the dryer was fixed within a couple of days and the price of the repair was very reasonable. Will keep using this company and refer customers to him. He was knowledgeable and was able to schedule the repair right away so my dryer was only out of service for a very short time"

"Ben was excellent! I used Angi to get our washer fixed, and he called within 20 minutes of me placing the work order. He was incredibly prompt and able to come out the very same day. After running some diagnostics, he quickly narrowed the issue down to the inlet valve. He ordered the part, it arrived the next day, and he had our washer up and running in no time. We are so thankful for Ben’s prompt service and willingness to help. If you need your washer or dryer fixed, Ben is your guy! We will definitely be hiring him again."

"I had a positive experience with Miriam, the appliance repair person. It's always a pleasure to encounter someone who possesses great customer service skills, especially in a service-oriented industry. Miriam's expertise and knowledge in the field are also commendable and contribute to her overall effectiveness as a professional. Additionally, charging a fair price for her services shows that she values her customers and understands the importance of providing excellent service without breaking the bank. Overall, Miriam is a valuable asset to the appliance repair industry, and I hope that more people have the opportunity to experience the same level of professionalism and expertise that I did."
