We were even able to work together to ensure <br /> we stayed on budget. <br /> <br /> It took me over a week to agree to the <br /> contract, which you very professionally put together and sent to us within days <br /> of visiting our home. Even with that, <br /> your team was able to install the unit before Thanksgiving (which was my wish), <br /> just short of 4 weeks after we agreed to move forward! <br /> <br /> Let me take a moment to tell you how <br /> wonderful Craig was with the install. <br /> Craig informed us via email when he would be at our home, along with a <br /> timeline for completion. Craig showed up <br /> just as expected daily, worked very hard and got the job done just in time for <br /> Thanksgiving dinner! Craig was a joy to <br /> have in our home and was patient with everyone looking on as he worked. Craig was very diligent in ensuring <br /> cleanliness as he worked and used drop cloths going in and out of the house to <br /> ensure our floors were protected. He provided an accurate estimate on my kitchen remodel and laundry room tile floor installation. The kitchen was remodeled from top to bottom and came out beautifully, as did the laundry room floor. Sam is very personable and provided an accurate estimate at our first meeting and did a fine job guiding me through the whole project. He met with me at the wholesaler to pick out the kitchen cabinets and counter top. Sam and his crew were personable, on time, and did excellent detailed work.
