THEY NARROWED DOWN THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK AS BEING UNDER THE CONCRETE FLOOR IN A LARGE DETACHED GARAGE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE WHICH ARE BOTH ON THE SAME METER.
