My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. He told me that I would need a new furnace so I told him he better just put in a new a/c unit as well. He said he would have it in two days and he did exactly what he said. They showed up on time and they were done with the whole system in a matter of a few hours. They noticed some other issues with the old system that needed to be fixed like the intake. "I had an on/off switch by the door that had done nothing since I purchased the house.  I believed that it should have turned the overhead light on/off. 
Jerry and Liam came at the expected time and removed the existing light and started troubleshooting a wiring issue.  The determined that the prior light had not been installed correctly to allow it to be turned on/off from multiple locations.  The over head light had been wired to the switch that should have been for the fan.  The sorted through the wiring and then installed the new ceiling fan verifying both switches were working correctly and added the switch so I could turn the fan on/off separately.
