This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. "This is my 3rd (or 4th?) experience with Northern Lights Electric, and it certainly won't be my last. They arrived on time (7am), worked quickly and efficiently, and were done much sooner than I expected. They also cleaned up when they were done. Steven was also very willing to answer questions and explain some things, as well as give me information on some potential future services I was considering. I just requested an appointment for a ceiling fan installation and recessed lighting. Definitely my go-to for any electrical issues."
