"Service Date: 7/10/25 The electrician was very professional and courteous, and the work was done well. However, the cost was significantly higher than expected?over $1,300 just to replace three outlets with GCFIs and change one fuse in the panel. I needed the work completed quickly for a home inspection, so I didn?t have the flexibility to shop around. One thing that stood out was that they arrived, assessed the job, took pictures, and then left to purchase the materials?even though I had provided the details of the work ahead of time. While the service itself was solid, the price was at least double what others quoted. If you?re not on a tight timeline, I?d recommend getting a few estimates before committing. "

Ray was responsive, reasonable, competent, and accommodating. His quote was less than other quotes, and he performed the work efficiently and worked within our timeline and on schedule. "I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. I was well pleased with the service and the professionalism that was provided. Thanks for coming through for me in a pinch."
