I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

If the result was not what we expected, Apollo, and his assistant Tito, would go out of their way to make sure it worked out exactly as we had hoped. Recently we asked A-1 to install some can lights over the kitchen work area. "Like all appliance repair there is a charge just to come in the door.  So you need to be sure the price isnt better put toward a new apppliance, sort of that grey area between warranty coverage and junk pile. In this case I had a pretty good idea what was wrong.  So he has to come over and see it, then come back later and install the part.  I don't know about if you already have the part.  It's hard to see and reach the work for the oven, so it was worth it for me.  Obviously you need to know what you are doing before messijng around with a gas stove, hence the need for a professional."

"Well....wasnt' expecting to have to replace door opener. But knew it was in the card from 4-5 mo ago had it serviced. But this professional was very courteous, patient, showed me what he could try ...to see if opener could handle the opening the door ....ie buy me a little more time for the expense. But the opener could no longer do it. Sooo had to have it replaced....$$$. But he was very informative, efficient, polite. I'd Hire him /company to do the 2nd door whenever it gives up the ghost."

"Lou arrived promptly.  He hung the headboard and installed the lamps and attempted to repair the toilet leak.  The toilet apparatus was new but, needed to be have one connection redone because of a small leak.  I think he just tightened the connection and after he left it was still leaking.  I called him and he came the next day and said it was ok but it still leaked.  We called him back a third time and he went to Home Depot to get new toilet insides.  When he returned it was not the correct size and he ended up re installing the one that was there the first time he came and finally it was fixed. <br /> He was always prompt and did not seem too annoyed to be called back.  I had bought the $59  coupon for his work and he added $40 to it which was fine.    <br /> I would definitely call him back for odd jobs. but, doubt I would use him for any plumbing issues. <br />"

"I called three different renovation companies to get an estimate on putting in a new door in a hallway entrance. Two of them never returned my phone calls. With all the new construction in my neighborhood, they probably felt they didn't need such a small job. This company responded very quickly and the estimate was very reasonable. The owner (John) came with his head carpenter and they took measurements to get the correct door size. The work was done by the head carpenter, Jesus (who does excellent work), another associate, and Jesus also brought his son since there was no school that day. The work was completed in about 3 hours, including the framing, painting, and adding on the handle (I provided the paint and new door handle).When it was finished, the door looked as if it had been part of the original building. They also cleaned up all debris and swept the front porch. This is the second time I have used this company and they really do a great job. <br />"
