"Overall, this was an excellent experience. Despire his stated price policy of $50 for the diagnostic and $100 for labor, he only charged me $100 for the whole thing. My PC has been running just fine since getting it home three days ago, so Mr. Vitebski seems to have fixed the problem.

He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
