"Nick came out and spent over an hour of his own time figuring out the root cause of the garage light malfunction as it is on the same circuit as the installed driveway lights. The garage light burned out due to a manufacturing defect which Nick found. He removed the light, secured and sealed off the power lines and covered the box on his own time. The garage light was defective and the wires inside it had caught fire. I have ordered replacement lights which I will have Nick replace when they arrive. I have used Improvement Zone for several tasks around my home and the work is of excellent quality. I find the company easy to work with and their responsiveness to my problems has been outstanding, as demonstrated by this latest incident. "We were quoted a price of $195 to re-install our existing mailbox on a new post that would look as much like our neighbors' as possible, and we double-checked to be sure that this price included all labor, parts, etc before proceeding. The mailbox was instead mounted on a much thicker, stronger post and we were charged $250. We don't dispute the quality of the work, which looks good (it is all 4x6 whereas everyone else on the block has 4x4). But we wish we had been consulted beforehand about the change in plans and the extra expense."

"We had an in-ground pool installed over the winter and contracted with Ana at Landscape Design Center to restore both our front and back yards from being the construction sites that they were. This included extending our existing brick patio down to the new pool deck, adding underground drainage pipes from the patio, creating swales to accommodate yard runoff, planting bushes and plants and installing and an irrigation system and sod in both our back and front yards. Ana and her crews were very easy to work with. They left the job site cleaned up each day, which we really appreciated. Their work ethics were second to none. To sum it up, they did a fabulous job and we would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting to have any type of landscaping or the above mentioned work done. We have gotten many compliments on our yards from our neighbors."

His crew came to my house that afternoon on Friday 061720, worked until 2000 and were back on Saturday 061820 at 0800 finishing the project around 1600. Nice friendly crew that work well together. My house and breezeway look very nice. I am pleased and would recommend Mr. Holden for your project. By the way. No up front money was exchanged until the project was completed, and I was satisfied. "We had no idea of the extend of the damage until Joe began removing windows which revealed extreme damage to our home. Complete removal of the front wall of our home was absoutley necessary. We had to order new windows and doors but the floor also needed repair as well. This project revealed short cuts in the orgianal construction of our home. Every time we opened up part of the wall more damage even to one corner of the house needed new support work as well. All new sideing and trim was required to complete the job correctly.Work was a bit longer than expected but he warned us of the fact due to the nature of water damage and what can result. Neat and tidy job site at the end of the day.Could not have found a better person for the job.In fact he is going to put a new deck on our home very shortly once permits are granted.We chose time and materials which we were pleased.I would highly recommend Grime Construction and definitley use them again."

"We bought a building that was going to be demolished in the Page extension/ Hwy 364 route.  We owned property adjacent to the building and had Expert House Movers move the structure approximately 1000 foot across a roadway and onto a new foundation.  I was amazed that they were able to do it without any of the brick fascade cracking/crumbling.  Before the building was lifted and moved, we inspected the interior of the building and took a black marker to areas of interior drywall cracking. After having them lift and move the building, there were no new cracks and the existing cracks were unchanged.  I couldn't believe it.  I would highly recommend them.  It's unbelievable to see the buildings and structures they have moved. <br />"
