Tar Heel Basement Systems (Robert and Steve) hav by far exceeded every contractor in quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic. Robert and Steve took their time to do everything perfectly. Also I have never had a contractor as meticulous as these two in making sure dust and debris was kept to a minimum. This type of job is extremely dirty and dusty and they were cleaner than any other work I have had done. I am elated that this is the first contractor I have not had to argue with over sloppy work. They do everything right the first time and are not rushing to get the job done. I wish I could hire these two for every project I have in my house."

They took time to explain options and provide written estimates. They not only honored the estimate, they went the extra mile to insure the system was working properly and in doing so, discovered a major flaw in the way the home was originally plumbed; a hidden connection that had cold water communicating with a hot water feed line.
