Their team is very professional and it shows in their work. I first saw Richard and Joe during estimate as they came from a different job where seeing me for estimate was after that job. When at my house, they measured everything/noted so that proper sizes were obtained for when Ryan quoted me. I resaw Richard and Joe along with Austin and James during day of install. Everyone is very efficient. It's a tight utility room, they pulled the washer/dryer out to get everything in. They even replaced the old gas shutoff behind he dryer as it's butterfly type that leaks at no extra cost to me. The Flue from the waster heater was all replaced to be proper size as original was undersized. I was shown everything, given manuals needed, etc."

But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!"

"Gold Medal really helped out after our sewer line backed up into our basement. The other pros all wanted us to pay for a camera view first for several hundred. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage."
