"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

"Our well pump stopped working unexpectedly pretty late in the evening. We called JDP after 10pm and left a message, not expecting to hear back until the next day. We left a message with one other company to insure someone would get back to us quickly. We got a call back from JDP immediately and scheduled an appt for the next morning. He arrived on time assessed the problem and replaced our pump before we even got a call back from the other company. Very Satisfied!"
