Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"The removal and replacement of the roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I have used this company for other jobs in the past and was always impressed with their work. The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."

He gave the best quote and when we told him he had the job he was there the next day and had the job completed and cleaned up before I got off work. We were talking to him about some other work we were looking at doing and he looked at it and had his electrician come check it out to give us a quote in a few days. We will use him again on many of our home repairs."
