He finished within his estimated time of completion, he was 10's of thousands of dollars less than two big deck companies in the northwest, and quality did not suffer by saving that money. You save because he is a one man show, and he CAN really do it all on his own. It may take a week or so longer than these big companies with a crew but you save ten fold because of it."

"I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."
