"Devon came out to check our AC unit after it stopped working, and he quickly found the issue — just a simple switch in the electrical panel. He took the time to test the whole unit, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even scheduled our annual maintenance for next week to clean out the unit. He was thorough, respectful, and stayed to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. I really appreciated the great service!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The owner was very professional and courteous. He did the work himself. He answered all our questions and was able to complete the job as quoted. We did not have to wait a week for an estimate or for installation. We received the rebates as discussed. We would definitely recommend Grabill Comfort Solutions for your heating or air conditioning needs."

"I was very happy with the service and installation of my new heating and cooling system. Chad provided me the information that I needed to make an informed choice on the units that were right for my home. His pricing was more than fair and he kept to the promised install schedule. I would definitely recommend and use Advanced again."

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
