The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

The tech was very knowledgeable about what was wrong, explained it thoroughly before starting the repair, he was finished in about an hour and now no more leaking water. "The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
