"The job took 1.5 days because I had moved everything to the center of the basement. They had 5+ feet of clearance around the perimeter, with plastic covering hung from floor joists. The dust still managed to cover everything behind the plastic walls. My advice: do a thorough job of sealing the space or be prepared to have a big dust cleanup. Only disappointment was that the drain at the foot of the steps to the bilco doors was positioned directly below the internal door. You cannot install a sill on top of this so when finishing we will now have a dangerous transition. This was never explained. Otherwise, a great crew."

When I first met John I got a positive vibe that he was going to be the one to do the job. I interviewed several companies and John gave me a fair price for the work he was going to do. He also re-pitched my pavers in the yard so that the water would not lay in the yard after every rain storm. He also added proper drainage in the yard to divert the water away from the house.
After the water proofing was done he and his crew poured new concrete throughout the driveway.
