Unfortunately, shortly after the initial installation, the liner we had purchased separately (not supplied by BPS) developed a major tear due to a defect. Even though this issue was completely unrelated to BPS, we reached out to Victor, and he went above and beyond to help. Victor was incredibly understanding and had his team return the very next day after our replacement liner arrived — less than a week after the tear occurred. To our surprise and appreciation, he did not charge us the full price for the second installation, even though BPS was in no way responsible for the faulty liner. BPS was a pleasure to work with during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend BPS and sincerely appreciate Victor’s support and integrity throughout the process."

Went with Diamond Brite for the Aggregate Finish. The company works as a team led by the owner Kevin. The work was done on schedule. The company kept all moving along well. The communication was good-I was always able to reach someone whether it was Kevin or the office manager Elizabeth. The individuals working for S&R know their jobs and were able to provide helpful suggestions to improve all whether it was the equipment or the pool itself."

Keep in mind if you go to a pool store it can take a month to install the liner. It was done in 3 days. I must say he is the best, don't hesitate to trust him to install your liner.
