But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"He was prompt, very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He had skills to complete the jobs. But, I have had some issues with the work. The work that was completed was not thoroughly checked. A door frame was repair and when it was, the door which closed before, now doesn't. And a newly replaced door handle, has fallen off in my hand and the shower head leaks. I have to call back to have these things fixed, which is on me to follow up with. I just have procrastinated.

"We bought a deal for 2 hours of handyman service, for which we wanted the handyman to install an outdoor motion sensor light. The gentleman who came was prompt, professional, and did a good job. My only complaint was that the originally-scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled when the technician failed to show up, due to illness. While this is obviously unavoidable at times and unfortunate, the company could benefit from having a system in place to notify customers when an appointment needs to be reschedule, provide a replacement technician, or offer a discount on the services. Instead, we waited and eventually called to check on the appointment, only to be met with confusion and eventually a need to reschedule.
