"Justin was great! He fixed my oven and stove top. There were parts that he required that were not readily at his disposal and he went out on his own to a nearby appliance supplier to pick of the needed items in order to finish the repair. Was very professional and the service was great!!! Would highly recommend him!!!!

He did an excellent job even though it was a nightmare approaching it as he did! He also changed the washing machine drain box and also did an excellent job! On both repairs, he used superior materials compared to the old ones he replaces. His charges were reasonable. David has a very pleasing personality and at the same time very professional. "When I called Dean's, they said someone could come out, but probably not until 8 or 9 in the evening. Someone called at about 7:30 and said they could be there by about 8:30. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he showed up promptly at 8:30 in the evening on a Sunday. He figured out that the igniter wasn't working, and said that he'd order the part the next day. I'm very grateful that I was able to get service on a Sunday night, even though I ultimately ended up getting the furnace serviced by someone else who had easier access to the part that was needed."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It went very well.  Howard did a neat, careful job installing the doorknob/lock set on our back door.  He took the coat rack to his place to stain and finish it for us, then returned it a few days later.  It came out great!  We'd use Howard again if we have any other projects.

"Ruben was great. I had a new breaker box and a few new outlets put in. I had a couple changes along the way which he handled promptly. The job was complete within a week. The crew was great. I actually had. Bd breaker installed (happens with anything manufactured) and Ruben was out the day we noticed to fix it. All my future electrical work will be with Monroe Electrical."
