"They were great!  We have been dealing with a yucky ripped screen all summer, not realizing there was a business out there dedicated to screen replacement.  They were friendly, responsive, and honest.  I purchased the Big Deal for $125 but only needed two screens replaced.  They were honest enough to tell me that two screens would normally only cost $80.  They refunded the Big Deal and came out quickly to replace our screens.  It took him about 30 minutes to replace two screens, and he left no mess.  He also would have been willing to install a grate on the screen to protect it, but I did not buy it in time (my fault).  That's great service!  Only thing to know is they do not accept credit cards for payment.  We will definitely call them again the next time we need screens to be replaced. <br />"
