Allen Meister, owner, and his son Shane just wrapped up the project and honestly exceeded all expectations...BOOM!! Back story: Our journey for the best price/value window offering went into high gear after getting ridiculously high quotes on Pella, Andersen and Marvin windows. It was actually a Marvin dealer that turned our attention to high end vinyl windows through the Sunrise Restorations line they also sold. Impressed with the superior efficiency and warranties of vinyl windows vs. wood windows, we explored the "high end" vinyl market further. This lead to finding the OKNA line and the associated high praise by industry pro's and consumers for their product line. Through OKNA we found Meister Windows and so glad we did. We got an exceptional product in OKNA and outstanding craftsmanship by Meister Windows. They've earned every referral I hope to impart on them. So if you're looking for a high pressured sales pitch, overpriced and heavily marketed national brand windows or sub contractor installers who are driven by speed installation metrics these guys are not for you."

"Had 10 casement sash replaced and Mark was great. Each sash replaced quickly, cleanly, with no problems. It was great to know that Anderson still made my window after 30yrs. and that a company like Window Pros, Inc. is available to install or repair them. Fantastic job. "We chose to have the covers screwed to the window wells instead of utilizing brackets. He vacuumed all window wells, removing years of accumulated dirt and leaves. At our request, he also took the original 5 metal grates from the tops of the window wells and disposed of them. He arched the covers so rain would not accumulate on the tops. Buying ready made covers which would not exactly fit our window wells was our alternative option. The cost for ready made and the necessity of our own labor was more expensive than custom sized and installed covers. The brochure states: Lifetime Guarantee against damage from normal use. We're very pleased and would definitely recommend this company. In fact, I asked if there were any other services they provided so we could utilize their company further."

"We were looking to get 8 windows and a sliding patio door replaced in conjunction with new siding.  We received our quote directly from Ryan Dewey, Owner, of Ryan Renovations.  It was much appreciated to have the owner come and provide the estimate directly.  Ryan was very thorough with his estimate and answered all of our questions completely.  Ryan brought a sample of the window that he uses for his jobs.  Ryan demonstrated the use of the window and this provided us with the opportunity to really have the full knowledge that we needed to make our decision.  Ryan did not pressure us into making our decision and gave us ample time to discuss our decision (we had already received a few other quotes at this time). Ultimately, we decided to give Ryan our business as we were impressed with his overall presentation and the product that he uses.  We also hired Ryan for our new siding which is in a separate review under the siding section.  <br /> The windows are custom sized and it took a few weeks for the windows to be made.  Once made, Ryan's window crew contacted us and set up a time that worked for us.  The entire installation was complete in one day.  The work was very professional and the quality was exceptional.  The windows were installed without any issue and our interior trim remained in place and untouched.  The entire process was incredibly smooth.  The crew made sure to clean up after itself and we did not see any evidence of them walking around the house.  <br /> Overall we are incredibly pleased with our new windows and sliding door and found the process to be painless and enjoyable.  We would definitely recommend Ryan Renovations to anyone looking to have windows and/or a sliding door replaced."

"We chose Opal to replace all windows, doors, roof, trim work and gutters. After receiving several quotes we knew that Opal was the company we should go with. The other contractors were not as thorough in assessing our needs. Jason did a great job diagnosing some existing issues we had with water runoff and recommended solutions that the other contractors did not provide. Of the 4 proposals we received, Opal's pricing was not the lowest cost but if you want quality and professional work I highly recommend the Opal Team. For the entire project each team did a great job from start to finish. They cleaned the work areas daily and worked with hardly any disruption for the amount of work they were doing. Each team member from crew leaders to the support staff have been great to work with."

"Mike DiMaggio’s lack of communication or follow-up were disappointing. First person to take measurements did them improperly. Second person to to measurements, Chuck, was very thorough. I felt the Window Nation Team tried very hard after the initial setbacks. Coordination Team and Installers were very professional, timely and friendly. "The work was done over a single day. The windows look beautiful but each winter during the coldest part ice builds up in the inside corners of the glass. Not what I expected from Pella at that high price and for special insulating glass - a primary reason I replaced the windows. I called their HQ but got told to call other people who then referred me back to them and so on, and after leaving a couple final messages we gave up. Either the construction of the window or the installation had insulation problems."
