"Perfect. I know this because I had a different company come out, say they would install 7-10, after 11th day started getting run around, 20th day I called this company. They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. Single woman who cant tolerate heat along with aging dogs, they put my needs in first. Very happy. Will have them back to install hot water heater! I didn't like that they added $500 to billing to get me the 0% for 5 yrs payment plan but it is what it is in this day."

"Very professional with great communication skills. They were able to determine the problem very quickly and replace our unit quickly. Our AC had been out since March and we had another company working on it. We finally switched to Bell Cow and the problem was resolved within a week. We also had them come out when our other unit stopped working and they came out, re-charged the system and done. You really need to check them out. I received a 4 hour window, they called when on the way and it really worked out great."

"The job went very well and they did some extra work to enhance the project with no additional charges. I would definitely use them again. My only concern and it is VERY minor, is the re-installation of sod after they completed the work. Some areas took a while to fill in and thicken to previous conditions however at this time everything looks great! The system works better than expected and I do not have any standing water or soggy areas with their drainage. Their price was very good and well worth it!"

"The short version of this review is: Kevin and his team are fantastic and I would recommend them in an instant. We noticed water running from the soil in our unfinished basement (on several occasions we would get three or more feet of standing water). We had been trying to solve this problem for years, and several different waterproofing contractors had taken a crack at it. Kevin came over and spent a good long time considering solutions. He presented a thorough set of options, along with clear and thoughtful guidance. We decided to dig out a trench in the basement itself and move the water to a sump pump and then out of the house. His crew were excellent at their jobs. The excavation and reconstruction went quickly and there were no hitches or surprises along the way. It was the least stressful contract job I've ever had done. And the basement stayed dry. More recently, the sump pump stopped working. I discovered the basement flooded again. I called Kevin (digging up his number from years before). He had a crew there that afternoon to pump the water out and install a new sump pump. I couldn't be more pleased!"

"We are very happy with Jaris and his team. I got several quotes for my project and his was very reasonable and he was easily the easiest person to work with. He installed a large underground drainage system that runs from the front of the house all the way through the side and back yard, with 4 inch feeder pipes and a 6 inch main pvc pipe, and five downspouts and a large surface drain all coupled in, with cleanouts installed at various locations. They had to dig a 12 inch deep trench 12 inches wide, probably 200 feet long. They cut the turf so carefully and installed it back over the pipe so well that when they were finished you could hardly tell that they had been there. Jaris ran into additional drainage problems we hadn’t anticipated and fixed those with additional pipes and couplings for no additional fee. He is really, really focused on ensuring he does a great job and that you are a happy customer, and he succeeded on both accounts. I highly recommend him."
