The crews were outstanding, and they did great quality work. We used them for a garage addition + bonus room, laundry room, turning a closet into a bathroom and a screened in porch. Trevor gave me the initial estimate and updated the estimate when our priorities and budget changed. Kell was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to have him in our home. He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

Chase came over and evaluated the project and worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. Chris and Matt tore out the old tub and surround, put in backer board and replaced the feeder lines for the water the first day. They were timely and very neat. Chris and Matt returned the following day and installed a beautiful shower and even repaired the floor where the tub jutted out and the shower wouldn't cover. I had the needed floor sections. Everyone I worked with at Luxury Bath was wonderful and they followed up with my lifetime warrantee. I am extremely happy with my new shower and would recommend Luxury Bath & Kitchens to anyone that wants a professional, beautiful shower!"

"We were purchasing a home that had some repairs needed before we could close. We had Devlin come out to do the repairs. Overall the repairs eventually got done, but not without having them come out multiple times to complete it. They were supposed to replace the whole sewer line, but when we went to look after they said they were done, there was still a section that had not been replaced. We called the owner and he had the technician come back out to finish the job. To replace the sewer line, they had to cut a hole in our ceiling. They then left the piece of our ceiling on the floor and never replaced it, even after asking them to replace it. When they replaced the sewer line they drove a truck and trailer through our front and back yard to take away the pieces, which we were not pleased with. Overall the work got done, but we had to get them to come out multiple times to finally complete it, and they did not treat our home with respect. We were disappointed and will not be using them again.
