There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. "Perfect. I know this because I had a different company come out, say they would install 7-10, after 11th day started getting run around, 20th day I called this company. They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. Single woman who cant tolerate heat along with aging dogs, they put my needs in first. Very happy. Will have them back to install hot water heater! I didn't like that they added $500 to billing to get me the 0% for 5 yrs payment plan but it is what it is in this day."

"I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++

"Went fine; I'm writing this more than a year later--apologies--so I don't recall the name of the provider. He was very helpful with good practical pointers about longevity for the toilets (how to read flow of incoming water), frequency for flushing the hot water heater, where to turn off the water in a crisis, turning it off at the street--and what tools to have, among other tips. Also the critters to watch out for--black widows, for one, when lifting the meter cover.
Our family has used Triangle Plumbing and Backflow for a variety of tasks, from installing this current hot water heater, to replacing old high-water-usage toilets w/ Totos at my parents' home. They're close by and good to work with. They are our go-to plumber.

"Fantastic...I was freaking out a little bit when I called because the utility company had sent someone out to turn off the water meter for the other side of a duplex I bought since they said they were alerted to a flow rate of 160-170 gallons/hour! I called Devlin's and they were reassuring while listening to my situation. I was scheduled in for within a few hours! Amazing! Billy called to let me know when he was on the way, and when he arrived, he checked everything outside, including the meter, the pipe, under the crawl space, tested putting the water back on, and discovered it was a toilet that busted. Whew! He was so patient and friendly, and answered all my questions, letting me hang out so he could show me the meter and how it worked. We had a really good conversation! Once he determined there wasn't also a pipe leak (whew again), I asked him his opinion on a leak I was having in the washer box. He said he could replace that right now, and I was all SURE THANK YOU!!! That really made my day, several less things to worry about! Billy was so nice and knowledgeable, and did a great job. I am not using another plumbing company, I have found my go-to!
