"A man of his word... he and the crew came early in the morning and worked into the darkness! They were thorough, and made repairs to the existing wood under the old shingles, added another layer of protective felt as well as the normal felt, replaced old trim and even went to the trouble of sealing another area with commercial grade metal trim & checked and sealed holes that existed under the eaves. They circled the house several times with a magnetic 'vacuum' to pick up any nails -- our grass has never been so clean! Everything was picked up. "I would like to give a warning to all who finance through this company. They will put their name on the title to your home which is typical and standard procedure. But the problem is trying to get a payoff letter from them so you can get them paid off and off the title to your home. We are trying to get a Heloc loan on our home and have been dealing with this for over a month now. Our mortgage company tried multiple times to get ahold of them with no response so they turned it over to us. It has been 3 weeks now and we have just gotten the run around. It has never been this hard to pay someone all we want to do is pay them what we owe and get their name off the title of our home. In case anyone at Majic Windows cares the name on the loan was Michael Lubig so you can find us in your system. We know we ran into some hard times the last few years but please take our money."
