"Excellent quality workmanship, completed in 1 day as promised. Protected my landscaping and cleaned up very well. My only complaint is that they gave me very little notice. I signed the contract on Tuesday, they called me late Wednesday afternoon and told me they would be installing my roof on Thursday. I know this sounds like a silly complaint, but I had to scramble to get the time off to home. A day or 2 notice would have been helpful."

The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "We called Rapid Home improvement about 3 months ago because two of our neighbors had recommended them highly. We didn't think we were going to get the work done this year because it was getting late in the year and there is usually snow, but this year the weather was really mild and it was actually 50+ degrees when they installed the roof.
We have a almost flat roof and it leaks all the time no matter how many times we pay people to fix it. Mike came out and measured and checked out our whole house. It was very thorough. After we talked to him he recommended this Durolast stuff that is like a pool liner, but better and is made totally in Michigan. Long story short, we had no idea this even existed and we really liked that it was made locally. We had a lot of wood replaced because it was rotten and the guys also installed a lot of insulation. We could tell right away that the insulation was working. I'll update this review later after we have a few months of utilities to compare.
Overall, we had a great experience. There were a couple of things that came up that we didn't anticipate, but Mike and the owner Bill handled them really quickly and professionally. It makes sense that this stuff comes up because we don't have an attic to check in and so we had no idea that we basically had no insulation in our roof at all. They gave us a really good price and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was good and they are honest. Just love it!

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results."
