Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward project turned into a very disappointing experience involving poor communication, questionable decisions made during the work and a finished product that required multiple attempts to fix. Throughout the project, decisions were made by the crew without asking us how we wanted things handled. Those decisions resulted in visible filler, patched areas, and other issues in our newly refinished floors that required them to come back out and attempt repairs. "Terrible job, He did not take the shoe molding off and splashed polyurethane and stained all over the moldings which took us 10 hours to stand and repaint. He left swirl marks and high and low marks on the floor and the corners are tuned up and did not get the stained all the way to the moldings. The day that he stained our floors he left the large container of stain wide open in our living room . Left all the trash on the job."

I?d hire the installer again, but I?d never recommend someone paying what we did, and that was after negotiation! Trim is rough, but to make this right I?ll need to replace door casings, also had to replace trim around my stairs to make it right as well. Not saying the company is bad, just way too overpriced for what they do."
