Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"<p>The technician arrived on time and went to work using the list of areas provided to them from the whole house inspection.  They vacuumed up their debris from drilling into the walls.  The orange oil odor was not strong and should not bother pets and it was not necessary to leave the home.  They patched the holes they drilled into the sheetrock with spackling compound, but it is up to you to paint the patches to match your existing paint.</p> <p>Pacific Coast Termite provides a 2 year warranty after the initial treatment.  If you see any additional evidence of termites within the 2 years, they will come back at no cost and treat the area.  They actually recommend that you have them back after one year to complete another inspection just to be safe.</p> <p>Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from Pacific Coast Termite and would use them again if necessary.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"They have been very responsive. I had a huge wasps nest in my breaker box so I called them on a Saturday and they came out that same day to get rid of the nest. I've had a problem with ants before and they will come out in between the 2 month service calls if you let them know about it."
