"Lee helped me understand why I am sick with horrible skin rashes/issues and severe breathing problems and multitude of failing health conditions. The home we Lease is making us very ill. From the onset and very second Lee and I discussed his services over the phone, we knew we were in good hands and can trust him explicitly with the MOLD assessment/testing on the home we lease. His final MOLD report/assessment (accredited and backed by a government lab) explains everything with detail, and the lab report thoroughly articulates one about every mold and toxin present in the home and outside the home. The testing is not cheap however priced very fair for all the services you receive and most importantly the final report. We now have an explanation for all of our medical doctors and supporting scientific evidence to stand up to the property management company/property homeowners. We lease a home where the property management/homeowners put their cost saving shortcuts (overall negligence on maintaining our home repairs when we had Irrigation problems on the exterior soils next to the foundation points and HVAC overflow issues in the attic) then over the safety and concern of us, the tenants!
