He did an excellent job and worked hard to finish the work done early so we could move into our new home before our lease was up. The entire process was straightforward and clear, from the initial consultation and estimate to the final walkthrough and payment. Trevor gave me the initial estimate and updated the estimate when our priorities and budget changed. Kell was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to have him in our home. He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!"

"Amazing!! John, the owner is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. On top of everything you can tell he is genuine and cares for his customers. From start to finish John took care of everything. My mother is disabled and the tub she received was a life saver. Everything went as we were told, in fact, we were installed a week earlier than expected. Highly recommend doing business with him and if anyone else is the market for the services he provides he is my #1 choice. A+++"

"We were purchasing a home that had some repairs needed before we could close. We had Devlin come out to do the repairs. Overall the repairs eventually got done, but not without having them come out multiple times to complete it. They were supposed to replace the whole sewer line, but when we went to look after they said they were done, there was still a section that had not been replaced. We called the owner and he had the technician come back out to finish the job. To replace the sewer line, they had to cut a hole in our ceiling. They then left the piece of our ceiling on the floor and never replaced it, even after asking them to replace it. When they replaced the sewer line they drove a truck and trailer through our front and back yard to take away the pieces, which we were not pleased with. Overall the work got done, but we had to get them to come out multiple times to finally complete it, and they did not treat our home with respect. We were disappointed and will not be using them again.
