"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "I am now a fan of The Water Specialist. I am a property manager and one of my tenants complained that the grinder pump siren was continually going off. I called several places who either never called me back or couldn't come out right away. It was a weekend and I spoke with Ryan at The Water Specialist who was so incredibly helpful. We were calling/texting back and forth throughout the day and he was trying to get someone out right away to pump the well. It took a little too long for me to get a hold of the owner and I missed the opportunity so we used another vendor to pump the well. But I got an estimate to replace the grinder pump from both vendors and I was happy that The Water Specialist came in just a bit lower so we went ahead and had them replace it that week. I really wanted to give them the business since Ryan spent so much time helping me for free. He continued to stay in communication with me throughout the process and I was able to keep the owner and tenants updated and happy.
