I chose them because it isn’t one of those huge do it all companies that include plumbing work, it has “drain” in the name, and after speaking to them I learned that the owner is the person who would be working on the problem. I am so happy I found David –owner of Stahl Plumbing and Drain. He was very persistent and determined – he had to use different sizes of snakes and snake it from multiple access points. I was growing concerned that it would turn into a really expensive job. But he showed me that the backup was caused by waste getting hung up at the joints of the shifting terra cotta pipes – and the way my plumbing had been installed was making it challenging to unclog. David was very patient in answering my questions and I watched as he put the camera through the pipes. – and it was all for the price he quoted me before he began. After he unclogged the mess I did decide to have him do the hydro jet pipe cleaning. It was amazing to see on the camera the buildup of hardened grease and soap and gunk and then see the clean pipes after. It wasn’t necessary but it gave me peace of mind that this wouldn’t happen again any time soon. If I’m ever in that desperate situation again (or I need any other plumbing work) I will not hesitate to use Stahl Plumbing and DRAIN and will certainly recommend David to family and friends."

He replaced the old steel pipe with PVC and also replaced the drain for my sink in my laundry room. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system.
