They were very professional yet also friendly. Giuseppe checked on what his workers were doing, let them know what needed doing and inspected the job upon completion. Our floors are 19 years old and have only been cleaned once before so the grout was pretty dirty. We now have what looks like new floors. I highly recommend this company."
