"I recently moved into an older house (1967) and have spent quite a lot on repairs already. I was worried about my septic system since neighbors told me that previous owners had had serious problems with it--and I found info on the the Permits site of our county that troubled me. The septic field had been saturated several times, and there were deteriorating drainage pipes running down toward the septic field that needed repair/replacement. So I called All Pros to assess. Christopher took his time to explain how the system worked, looked at the old records and figured out a better way to handle the drainage problems. They put in a new tank, and found a better way of handling drainage from my gutters by sending water down my driveway to the street instead of into the septic field. Christopher and Brandon worked very hard all day--even moving and leveling my chicken coop (heavy!!) to enable the new drainage pups to run through. They finished the job, it works, it was reasonably priced and I am happy!"

I hired them for that installation. - Then I hired them to replace PEX plumbing and my water line. - Then I hired them to install a sump-pump. - Then I hired them to install a whole-House water filter. - Most recent hire was today for servicing our on-demand Water Heater, servicing / replacing filter in our whole-house water heater, and installing a kitchen faucet. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who asks. I would have hired them to replace our HVAC system if I had known then (in 2018) that they do Plumbing, Septic, and HVAC! We have them service our HVAC, now. I recommended them to my neighbor who called them in the afternoon about a broken water heater flooding her house and they worked until 8 PM to get her HW back on and working. "I met Richard Allbritton owner of Holy Water Plumbing almost a year ago. He installed a tankless system and installed an all house purification system at that time. Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by. He came over and even though it was at the end of the day, when he was obviously tired and the replacement part that that he picked up that morning, new in the box when he installed it was defective he still took the time to return it to his supplier some twenty minutes away and returned with the replacement part and installed it just to keep me from being inconvenienced. "It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"
