In June of 2024, Hegedus Hardscapes removed an old 1970’s porch, and installed a beautiful, new Unilock porch with adequate drainage, using adequate pitch and new pipes. The overall look is exceptional, like a European grotto, with a perimeter edged in sandstone. Hegedus Hardscapes is a family business, whose members all work hard, and to a high standard. If you are a picky customer and find it hard to locate an outdoor contractor with standards as high as yours, then, look no further; Hegedus Hardscapes is the company for you!"

They came when they said they would and did the job in in a very short time frame because they have the proper equipment and sufficient skilled workers who work together efficiently and in harmony to produce a beautiful result. "Eugene did a fantastic job. All of the old T111 siding was removed and he noticed that the walls were previously insulated. He offered me the option of continuing with the proposed job of replacing the insulation and then finishing the stone work or using the existing insulation and adjusting the bill accordingly which I greatly appreciated. I love the way the stone looks compared to the old T111 and have received numerous compliments on how much better the house looks now. I could not be happier."

This required all new lighting and removing of the existing soffits as well as extensive patching of the existing ceiling. I am very good at hanging and finishing drywall, but for the finish texture on the ceiling (1100 sq. ft.), I hire professionals. Neil is a true professional, beyond that he is an old school craftsman and artist. He handles his business on a handshake and accepts no payment until the job is done. He explains the process thoroughly and completely, and fully stands behind his work. He finished my job on a Friday and needed to come back and correct one small area, he was back the following Thursday to make the repair. Neil and Kevin were a delight to get to know and work with and have my highest recommendation."
