"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work.
