"I had a great experience with a drain cleaning service at my home in Los Alamitos. Our main line was backing up, and they were able to get someone out the same day. Our technician Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the blockage and how he was going to fix it. He thoroughly cleaned the drain and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before leaving. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I appreciate the honest service, fair pricing, and quick response. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone in Los Alamitos who needs reliable drain cleaning service!"

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"â I recently had the pleasure of working with Garrett from Walterâ s Plumbing on multiple occasions, and I must say, his service has been nothing short of exceptional. Garrett has a unique blend of professionalism and personability that makes every plumbing task seem effortless. When my kitchenâ s dish disposal unit malfunctioned, Garrett was quick to diagnose and fix the issue, showcasing his in-depth knowledge and expertise in plumbing systems. His work didnâ t just stop at repairs; he also expertly installed a new air vent for my dryer, ensuring everything was up to code and functioning efficiently. In addition to plumbing, Garrett proved his versatility by changing out the lights and fixing the fan in my office. These tasks, although not typical for a plumber, were handled with the same diligence and attention to detail as his primary trade. Most impressively, Garrett installed a new water meter for my sprinkler system. This task, essential for my lawn care, was completed with precision and understanding of my specific needs. Throughout the process, Garrett was patient, taking the time to explain each step and ensuring I was comfortable and informed. What truly sets Garrett apart is his trustworthiness. In every job he undertook, he demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic, making sure that the work was not just completed, but done right. In conclusion, Garrett is an exemplary plumber who goes above and beyond. His helpfulness, diligence, understanding, patience, knowledge, and personable nature make him a standout professional. I highly recommend Garrett from Walterâ s Plumbing for any plumbing needs; heâ s truly a master of his craft.â"
