"Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

"I called and left Rob a message in the evening that the water flow in my faucet was greatly reduced. He was out on an emergency but scheduled me for 9am the next morning. Josh arrived on time and determined the problem. He was neat and cleaned everything up. I needed to order a part from Delta. I would have no water flow for 2 weeks. Delta had me try a workaround. I ran into a snag at the last step. I called Rob and Josh came back and completed the workaround. Mr. Fix-it’s response, commitment, concern was amazing. Definitely my go-to!!"

"Bob was exceptional in resolving our faucet replacement. Thank you."

"When we were short on hot water and our furnace was on the way out, I contacted the The SaveGreen Project. They provided a list of contractors, and after numerous calls finally got through to a contractor that understood the program. Greg thoroughly explained the process, and even walked me the process, guiding us through from initial application process to final walkthrough. When Greg came out to assess our situation, he was very professional and extremely honest. He offers the best prices and uses high quality brands. His experience speaks for itself, he was the only contractor who told us we can install a tankless water heater. Additionally, he was able to help us with our failing furnace and provided one of the top systems for an extremely reasonable price. His staff is professional and clean. They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. His staff was nothing short of excellent; they team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. The level of communication speaks for itself, any questions or concerns we had Greg took the time to address and ensure we were completely satisfied. For anyone in need of plumbing, electrical work, or for any HVAC service, I highly recommend Greg and his team."

"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"During our quarantine, my hot water heater decided to quit. They called right away, gave me a rough estimate without coming out. Was right on time for the installation & very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again & recommend them highly."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."
