"Finally! After an overall fiasco with an installation of a water heater, someone who has experience, expertise and business ethics came to fix the issue. Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. Will definitely use him in the future!"

"Came home on a Saturday night late,found that my hot water heater was leaking. Call Sensible HVAC and got David. He told me what to do and said he would be there first thing Sunday morning. David got here 9am, got a new water heater and had it up a running in a few hours.Great service and great guy. I will definitively call David for any furture problems."
