"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

"We worked with CET several years ago to install recessed lights in our basement; Rob did a really great install so we knew we’d somehow work with them eventually. Fast-forward to last month: we wanted to install more recessed lights along with a ceiling fan in our living room. Lucky for us, we were able to work with Rob again. The shape of our room is awkward and asymmetrical, but Rob provided some great options and suggestions, and pointed out some details we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.
