"We were extremely please with Chris. We approached the project with baby steps. After an initial jet & camera of our current drain & floor tile we learned we had a blockage (which is why in heavy rains we were getting water & mud coming up). We then hired him to open a section of concrete to expose the drain tile and fix. This lead to the exposing a serious problem and we went further and had Chris replace the drain tile, add a new sump pump & tie into existing to create a "back up".
