"Very friendly workers, did a great job, and were very careful about any messes they made. The tankless water heater they installed, couldn't have been installed any better."

"Very professional, friendly, clean and fast. He even fixed some bad plumbing the original installer had put in, without charging or complaining. Price was what he quoted plus a few hoses and valves that had to be replaced. Would definitely hire again."

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"Carlos is excellent. He is very responsive, professional & reasonably priced. He & Eli installed a new water heater very quickly for us after our old one started leaking. I highly recommend CAB Backflow and would absolutely use them again for other plumbing jobs."

"I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. Jim & Rob patiently shared their expertice. High recommend. A great experience."

"We had Chad from Cosmic Plumbing out to replace our old water softener. He was very professional and informative from start to finish! He was fairly priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!"

"Fantastic team. Professional, fast, very good at what we hired them to do. I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone who ask for a good company to help with replacing a water heater. . It took less than 4 hours from the time I found them to the time we had a new water heater installed and working and the old one removed. I wish every professional we called was as responsive and responsible as them."
