"My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit.
As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.
I've recommended Hurm to several friends who got stuck with broken a/c systems in the heat of the summer, and all have been just as pleased.

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)!
