Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there.
