The team painted our cabinets, added hardware and did some repairs to the wood. Carlos was in touch every step of the way even when he went out of the country on vacation. "Extremely well! This job started with speaking with Seth on a damaged gutter. He came out and inspected gutter damage then inspected my roof and noticed major wind damage that I was unaware of that resulted in a new roof. Seth worked with my insurance adjuster and really made the job happen. Freddy is a blessing to deal with then I later learned he is the owner. The crews are very friendly as I like to engage with people so I spoke with them. Oscar did an awesome job on the flashing work and even came and showed me pictures of his craftsmanship which was over the top. Even Victor the newest crew member is great to be around. He goes above and beyond and asked me several times on my spot checks if I was happy which I was. This house was built in 1956 and was built right and this job completes the house as done right. My house looks like a new one now. I'm very pleased. Freddy and Josh were even willing to work with me on payment arrangements which I was able to not need. I have ordered materials for a local contractor in my last job position and upon inspecting the materials for my job that was delivered they are the top of the line-even down to the NP-1 caulk I used to order by case loads in multiple colors. "Everything went perfectly. He gave me a written estimate for each part of the work and the final charge was exactly the same. He scheduled and performed pressure-washing first and then when special order of glass came in, he called and set date for the rest of the work. He came as scheduled and worked straight until work was done. From past experience (he has done all my handyman work for years), if he is going to be delayed even an hour after the scheduled arrival, he calls and lets you know. Work was meticulous and cleanup was perfect. <br />"

"I had to build a home in N.C. while I was still living and working inTexas, so most of the communication was by phone and e-mail; with a total of 4 short trips back during the early planning and the construction phases. Jordan was easy to work with and transformed my ideas into a home we all love. He and Jeff and Mike, and the subcontractors he chose, did an excellent job and were very thoughtful in even little touches. The trim work and built-ins are superb- well built and nicely finished. The lot was hard to envision as it was heavily wooded and rather rough terrain, but the final graded yard is great. I brought a basic floor plan and pictures of the elevations from a website and that was what Jordan worked with- the house is really neat, and is different from the usual style in the area. We have had many compliments on it. I would recommend Brad Leonard Builders to anyone planning to build a new custom home in this area- you will get experience and pride in workmanship- and meet a lot of nice folks during the process. The final cost of the house was right in line with the estimate; and the house was completed very close to the anticipated finish date in spite of a rainy spring. I am very glad I contacted Jordan instead of one of the bigger building companies- I went with the reviews on Angie's list after making the rounds of open houses for other builders; and I am so pleased with the outcome. <br />"

"I went by the word of mouth on how great they were in 2014 and had the roof done in the fall of 2014 by them and as I can remember they charged about the same as their estimate. I called them back in the spring of 2016 due to roof leaking in one spot. They came out and told us the gutters were not cleaned out and as I can remember they cleaned one section of gutters and sent me a bill for $125.00. When I complained about being charged they cancelled the billing. But they did not fix the leak as it continued to leak each down poor. In the fall of 2018 two trees of mine came down on the roof and the insurance company came out and gave me an estimate on removing the two trees and re doing the roof . It took about 60 % of the roof when the trees came on the roof. Triad Roofing came out and estimated the cost at about the same as the insurance company so I told them to do the project. Their employees came out mid November 2018 and re roofed. By the way they claimed not to be able to speck English and left the day after putting on the shingles on the roof. I asked when they were going to complete the job and they told me no speck English and left. I then checked on their work and noticed some of the wood was not replaced and could rain into the house. A couple of days later I voice mailed a message to them that the work was not completed and that a leak had started where they had worked. I believe Travis came out and checked every thing in my message including the new leak and the leak from 2014-2016. He could not find the new leak and fixed finally the old leak.I received a bill for the full amount the end of February, 2019. I called and left a message for Travis that the rear gutter was not replaced nor the leaf guards. The leaf guards the employees took with them had not been replaced. He called and said the gutter only cost $4.00 a foot and would issue a reductions on the bill. I told him the gutter and leaf guards would cost more and was told not to indicate his employees stole the leaf guards. I told him I was paying the entire bill and he hung up on me. This is way I am unable to give them a good review."
